1. Returns
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Items that show signs of installation or usage (especially CCTV cameras or pool pumps).
- Customized home decor pieces ordered specifically to your requirements.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper power supply.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via Bank Transfer/JazzCash as agreed).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s or bank’s policies.
4. Shipping for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the item was faulty upon arrival).
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product (e.g., a camera not powering on or broken decor), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund in such cases.
